For this reason we ask that you skip uploading to any type of software before embroidering your pattern. Unfortunately, the different software programs out there often do not work well together. Often when files are opened up via another software program that is not native to the file (we use Hatch to digitize with) the fill effects that I give the patterns can get messed up and not read properly.
